PWA takes a "whole watershed" perspective in all our work. We have a great deal of experience analyzing and solving problems related to management of both urban and rural watersheds, from watershed assessments in the Lake Tahoe Basin to stormwater management plans in downtown Los Angeles.

Our expertise includes: watershed geomorphic and hydrologic assessments, regional stream and watershed plans, mitigation of development-related hydrologic impacts (hydrograph modification management), detention basin design, hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, BMP design, grade control and bank stabilization.
